December 2021 Dividend Update and End of Year Summary
December 2021 was a good month! My monthly dividend total was $482, due to dividends coming in from quarterly-paying stocks like Suncor, Fortis and Enbridge. My totals TFSA income for the year of 2021 was $1707. With the advent of 2022, I now have another $6000 of TFSA contribution room. The plan is to try and contribute $400-$500 per month to the TFSA account and to increase the size of the portfolio. Ideally, I would like to increase my monthly dividends to $500 per month. I will also be examining my portfolio, taking note of what EFTs are giving the best yield for the money and possibly doing some rebalancing. Onwards and upwards!
